A germinated waxy black rice extract according to the present invention effectively suppresses differentiation in a 3T3-L1 adipose progenitor cell line and highly suppresses the expression of upstream transcription factors, PPAR-gamma, CEBP-alpha, and aP2 genes related to adipocyte differentiation, thereby preventing, alleviating, and treating obesity. |
