The present invention relates to a concavo-convex shaped decoration cover sheet for steering wheels and a manufacturing method thereof. The concavo-convex shaped decoration cover sheet comprises a pad and a plurality of concavo-convex shaped protrusions made of unsaturated polyester resins for reinforced plastics and epoxy resins and fixed on the surface of the pad. According to the present invention, the protrusions are easily formed on the surface of the decoration cover sheet for the steering wheels for the decoration or a finger pressure effect and the excellent decorated appearance and functionality of the decoration cover sheet can be maintained as the protrusions are stably supported on the pad and are prevented from being separated even in a long-term usage for covering the steering wheel. Furthermore, the decoration cover sheet for the steering wheels according to the present invention is capable of reducing production costs because the protrusions are formed only on the surface of the pad so that a mold for forming protrusions is easily manufactured and being used for finishing the surface of various decorations because the other side of the decoration cover sheet is even so that it can be attached by using an adhesive.
