The present invention relates to a cleaning device for a turbine housing of a turbo charger, which removes remaining foreign materials, such as scraps, from the inside of a turbine housing of a turbo charger for a vehicle which is connected to an exhaust manifold and rotates a turbine wheel using the kinetic energy of exhaust gas. The cleaning device is composed of a base in which a turbine housing is placed on the top thereof; multiple protrusions which are fitted and coupled to fixing holes of the turbine housing; a fixing part which has an air cylinder; a support part which has a lifting part lifted up and down according to the shape of the turbine housing; a first discharge part which has a first LM guide, a first supply part, a first supply port, a packing, a first cylinder, and a first supply pipe; a second discharge part which has a second cylinder, a second supply part, and a second supply port; a third discharge part which has a third LM guide, a third supply part, a third supply port, a third cylinder, and a third supply pipe; a supply pipe in which one side is connected to the first and third supply pipes and the other is connected to a second valve; an air supply part which is connected to a first valve; a water storage part which is formed on one side of the base and has a pump for supplying water with high-pressure; and a control part which controls the operation of the fixing part, the support part, the first discharge part, the second discharge part, and the third discharge part and controls the supply of the air supplied from the air supply part and the water supplied from the pump. |
