PURPOSE: A method for fabricating wet strength clean paper is provided to prevent the paper from being cut and to manufacture the paper using a conventional facility for fabricating recycled clean paper. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a wet strength clean paper comprises: a step of forming an impregnation part for impregnating paper(10); a step of transferring an impregnating solution to a lower side pressing roller(24) by a first impregnation roller(22) and impregnating the paper into the lower side and drying the paper by a first dryer(40); a step of transferring the paper to a second impregnation part; a step of transferring the impregnating solution into a low side pressing roller(25) and impregnating the upper side of the paper; and a step of passing the paper through a second dryer(50). |
