The present invention relates to a method for preparing nanoliposomes containing nucleic acids, comprising the step of mixing a solution in which nucleic acids are dissolved and a lipid solution in which lipids are dissolved in a mixture solvent of diethyl ether and ethanol without an extrusion process; nanoliposomes with diameters of 100-150 nm, prepared by the method; and a kit for preparing nanoliposomes containing nucleic acids.
