A wireless charging device, a wireless charging system, and a wireless charging method are provided. The wireless charging device charging a charging device comprises an antenna part receiving power by bringing an alternating magnetic field; a matching circuit changing a resonant frequency of the antenna part; and a control part matching the resonant frequency of the antenna part with a resonant frequency of the alternating magnetic field using the matching circuit. The control part determines whether the charging device is adjacent to the control part and transmits the power to the charging device using the antenna part when the charging device is close to the control part.
