A rotary joint device capable of preventing a tube from being damaged caused by being in contact with the outdoor in an operation process of a turntable assembly is disclosed. The rotary joint device comprises: a round member in which a first hollow part penetrated in an upper/lower direction is formed; a first bracket member positioned to be adjacent to the upper part of the round member, in which a second hollow part penetrated in an upper/lower direction is formed, and connected to be rotated in a first direction to the round member; and a second bracket member positioned to be adjacent to the lower part of the round member, in which a third hollow part penetrated in an upper/lower direction is formed, and connected to be rotated in a second direction to be perpendicular to the first direction in the round member.
