The present invention relates to a material supply device of an automated channel bending machine which comprises: a movable panel (120) moving along multiple transverse rails (111) on the upper side of a fixing frame (110) toward a material input hole of a channel bending machine (A); a material mounting unit which includes material grooves (133) between multiple guide rollers (132) and has guide holes (131) on the floor thereof, and that is disposed on the movable panel (120) having multi-stage hanging grooves (121) on the bottom side thereof; an operation unit (140) which uses a protrusion unit (145), moves from side to side along rails (141) parallel to be inserted into a hanging groove (121), and intermittently moves the material mounting unit (130); a material pressing unit (150) which presses a material (10) not to be moved by using a third cylinder (154) and a second spring for pushing or pulling a protruded guide (153); a pushing rod (160) which pushes and supplies the material (10) of the material mounting groove (133) to the material input hole whenever the material mounting unit (130) is intermittently moved; and a rotatory plate that is rotated by a geared motor (171) at a fixed region between the transverse rails (111) and disposed equally spaced form a fixing frame (10), and which reduces manpower by automatically and continuously supplying cut materials, wherein the rotatory plate, which is located not to interfere with the movable panel (120), is capable of supplying both types of material including a linear and a roll-shaped material, thereby increasing workability and productivity. |
