The objective of the prevent invention is to provide a touch panel enabling low consumption electrification and to prevent an increase in manufacturing costs of a touch panel. A plurality of pixels and a touch panel including a photo sensor facing one or more pixels are provided. One side of the one pair of terminals is a conductive film having reflexibility or both sides of the terminals are conductive films having transmittance.
