The present invention relates to penetrable paint, and more particularly, to penetrable paint capable of increasing paint efficiency by strengthening penetrability penetrating a rust layer formed on the surface of an object to be painted, delaying penetrability of moisture, and thereby increasing rust resistance; and enhancing adhesive force with the existing old paint layers.
