An inverter device efficiently converts DC power of solar cells into AC power in a power conditioner. The inverter device comprises a first switch group, a condenser, a second switch group, a switch control unit, and a smoothing circuit. The first switch group is connected to the DC power and comprises a first switch and a second switch connected in series. One end of the condenser is connected to first connection points of the first switch and the second switch. The second switch group comprises a third switch and a fourth switch connected in series and is connected to the condenser in parallel. The switch control unit controls the on/off of the first switch, the second switch, the third switch, and the fourth switch. The switch control unit outputs AC voltage from second connection points of the third switch the fourth switch by converting the DC voltage of the DC power into AC voltage.
