摘要 The invention relates to surface phototheodolite survey and can be used at restoration works at architectural memorials. A method for determination of asymmetry of the elements of decoration of objects of architecture includes shooting the object of architecture from two points of basis by means of digital camera, with processing the stereo-pair of images obtained on digital photogrammetric station with obtaining coordinates and dimensions of the parts of the construction. According to the invention, for processing the stereo-pair of the images the left and the right images are loaded to the digital photogrammetric station, with respective orientation of pictures. After that on the left picture the left measuring mark is sighted, and the right measuring mark – to like part of identical element of decoration on the right picture. At symmetry of the elements of decoration stereo-effect is observed, and in the places of asymmetry of those elements of decoration cross parallax comes to existence. In such a case the left and the right measuring marks are stereoscopically shifted between those discrepancies, with direct measurement of quantitative parameters of asymmetry of the parts of the object of architecture. The method provides speed-up of processing the pictures, with increase of accuracy and reliability of determination of coordinates and decrease of time for determination of asymmetry of the parts at restoration works.
