The present invention provides a method and a system for providing a shop information service capable of real-time listing which have more effective advertising effects by adding an independent real-time listing for each shop owner to a mobile application which is provided to a mobile terminal of a user to provide information about products in shops and information about sales promotion of the product, the system comprising: a GPS satellite which is provided to identify the location of a user terminal in a GPS; the user terminal which searches for desired information by connecting to wireless Internet using an information search function; and a member store content server which receives location information inputted by a user terminal operated through the GPS satellite or a user to refer to a location of a region divided by coordinates and administrative districts, and which produces a mobile application using corresponding product information among product information including pre-stored local store information and price information and provides the connected user terminal with the mobile application, and which receives information about events being held in real time in stores included in the produced mobile application and adds real-time content to an independent real-time listing input window for each shop owner in a mobile application of a corresponding shop.
