A photopolymerizable composition, and an optical sheet using the composition are provided to improve refractive index and environmentally friendliness. A photopolymerizable composition comprises a fluorene diacrylate-based derivative represented by the formula 1, wherein a, b and c are identical or different one another and are an integer of 0 ~ 15; n and z are identical or different each other and are an integer of 0 ~ 15; a+b+c+n+z>=1; m, x and y are identical or different one another and are an integer of 0 ~ 30; if a, b and c are not 0, the m, x and y corresponding to them are not 0; and R is H or a C1-C15 alkyl group. |
