<p>PURPOSE: Double complex waterproof sheet structure having heat insulation property and a waterproofing method using the same are provided to conspicuously reduce construction time according to drying and hardening, and to solve the problems of drying delay and poor hardening by temperature change according to the weather, thereby preventing durability weakening and peeing. CONSTITUTION: Double complex waterproof sheet structure in which a thermal non-woven fabric heat insulation sheet layer (110), a double complex waterproof sheet layer (120), a solvent-free urethane waterproof coating agent layer (130), or an acryl group inorganic topcoat waterproofing agent are laminated in sequence. The double complex waterproof sheet layer, which is laminated on the thermal non-woven fabric heat insulation sheet layer, comprises a heat reflecting film coating layer, a first synthetic fiber fabric sheet, a first inorganic elastic film intermediate waterproofing agent, a first fiber glass fabric sheet, a second synthetic fiber fabric sheet, a second inorganic elastic film intermediate waterproofing agent, a second fiber glass fabric sheet, and an inorganic sheet reinforcement finishing material. A waterproofing method using the double complex waterproof sheet comprises: a step of laminating the thermal pelt heat insulation sheet on the base (100); a step of laminating the double complex waterproof sheet on the thermal pelt heat insulation sheet; and a step of top coating the solvent-free urethane waterproof coating agent or the acryl group inorganic topcoat waterproofing agent on the double complex waterproof sheet.
