PURPOSE: A waterproof sheet is provided to prevent a frost formation and deterioration due to a frost formation, to minimize a tension fatigue and a tearing degradation, and to have an excellent weather resistance, and an excellent corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof sheet comprises a first fabric layer (11); a first porosity resin layer (21) formed in an upper part of the first fabric layer; a second fabric layer (12) laminated at an upper part of the first porosity resin layer; and a second porosity resin layer (22) formed in an upper part of the second fabric layer. A manufacturing method of the waterproof sheet comprises the following steps: a step aims to form the first porosity resin layer by coating and drying a first coating solution including urethane resin, isocyanate crosslinker, and catalyst on a surface of the first fabric layer; a step aims to form the second porosity resin layer by coating and drying a second coating solution including urethane resin, isocyanate crosslinker, and catalyst on a surface of the second fabric layer; and a step aims to adhere the second fabric layer to a surface of the first porosity resin layer. |
