A system for dispatching building management subsystems comprises sensors, measurement points, final control devices installed at building subsystems and connected to corresponding communication controllers. The system additionally comprises hardware-software complex comprising a central server with data input/output module and module for data collecting, processing and storing connected to each other. It further comprises a database of building subsystems register, database of control parameters of sensors and measurement points, database of phone numbers of dispatchers, warning system and dispatcher working station. The communication controllers are connected to the central server through local network. |
