PURPOSE: A user scheduling method considering inter-cell interference and a wireless mobile communication system performing the same are provided to schedule a communication channel between a mobile terminal and a base station by considering interference between adjacent cells. CONSTITUTION: An interference information extraction unit (21) extracts interference information between multiple mobile terminals and base stations of a cell in which the multiple mobile terminals are included and an adjacent cell. A channel state detection unit (22) detects a channel state between the multiple mobile terminals and the base station of the cell in which the multiple mobile terminals are included. A scheduler (23) determines one or more mobile terminals among the multiple mobile channel to form a communication channel based on the extracted interference information and the detected channel state.
