The invention relates to heat-power engineering, in particular to steam generators, and can be used mostly as a source of technological steam at production of alcohol, oil and others. The steam generator has body with cover, combustion chamber, system for fuel supply, chimney. The steam generating unit is placed in the combustion chamber, the inlet and outlet collectors are arranged as a torus. At that the inlet collector has a branch pipe for supply of condensate, and the outlet collector has a branch pipe for discharge of steam, and the collectors are connected to each other with the inner, medium and outer matrices of spiral-like steam-generating tubes. The invention makes it possible to increase the surface of heat exchange, this leads to increase of heat takeoff and to increase of heat transfer factor, with decrease of thermal resistance, and to intensify the process of heat transfer from the combustion products to liquid in steam-generating tubes, respectively, and to increase the effectiveness of operation of the steam generator. |
