A process for decontamination of ballast water, comprising water withdrawal, which is provided for the use as ballast to ballast tanks through successively connected filters of primary and fine purification, ultrasonic and ultraviolet plants with corresponding systems of recirculation of purified ballast water, and also discharge of decontaminated ballast water through shut-off- distribution reinforcement with preliminary control of its quality on discharge pipeline. The process comprises deep oxidation with active oxidant of organic compounds, which are in ballast water, in ballast tanks, also additional recirculation loop of ballast water in ballast tanks comprising acceleration of oxidation process with active oxidant of organic compounds, which are in ballast tanks and supply to the lower part of reactor with "fluidized" bed of catalyst of mixture of active oxidant with spent gas of SPP (ship power plant), obtained at the outlet of reactor of shelf type and passed through recuperative heat exchanger. |
