A method for making spreads with a filler includes receiving and primary treatment of raw material, restoring dry nonfat milk, preparing a fat emulsion, preparing and adding a filler, pasteurizing, converting the fat mixture into spread. Adding of the filler is carried out at the stage of converting the fat mixture into a spread, preliminary dissolving thereof in 3-5-time volume of the fat emulsion at 40-50 °C and mixing in the course of 15-20 min. Natural food flavouring agents on the basis of catmint essential oil are used as the filler. |
