A pedicle screw locking system having a low height comprises: one or a plurality of multi-shaft pedicle screws; a connection assembly including one or a plurality of inwardly offset clamps including a cylindrical band which is assembled with a connection rod with frictional sliding stability; and a circular flange. Each of the inwardly offset clamps is assembled with the multi-shaft pedicle screw, and forms an automatic locking hoop having an acute angle to create temporary stability by the application of a small compression force. Each of the clamps is further fixed on the pedicle screw using a fixing nut which is coupled to the pedicle screw, and the position of the connection rod is further firmly fixated on the clamp by the elastic deformation of the clamp flange and the cylindrical band. The clamp flange comes into a close contact state to support a load in a completely fixed position, such that the multi-shaft orientation and adequate assembly strength for the final assembly can be obtained. |
