A method for prediction of the course of systemic lupus erythematosus includes clinical and laboratory investigation of patient by diagnostic criteria, carrying out immunological investigation, determination of additional immunological criteria, and by the predictive model developed with use of at least three of reliable laboratory features determined by the method of logistic regression severity of course of systemic lupus erythematosus is determined. |
