PURPOSE: A dust collector integrated with a heat exchanger is provided to miniaturize the device by integrally forming the dust collector and the heat exchanger while improving thermal efficiency of a boiler. CONSTITUTION: A dust collector integrated with a heat exchanger comprises a dust collector(110), a collecting device(120), a heat exchanger(130), and an exhaust gas pipe(140). The collecting device is connected to a lower side of the dust collector and collects foreign substance and ashes collected in the dust collector. The heat exchanger is separated from inner circumference surface of the dust collector in a specific interval and includes a space where combusting gas flows in a gap with the dust collector. An inlet in which the combusting gas flows is formed in one side of the heat exchanger and an outlet in which the combusting gas is discharged is formed in the other side. The exhaust gas pipe is connected to the outlet of the heat exchanger and discharges the combusting gas passing through the inside of the heat exchanger to the outside.
