A method for local and selective repair of an insulation coating of steel pipelines at plant and route conditions includes cleaning the repair section, application of a primer to heated surface, its drying to state “at tack”, with layer-by-layer application of melts of adhesive and composition of thermo-stabilized polyethylene. Thermo-reactive glue primer is used, it is applied to the cleaned surface of repaired section without heating it, with drying to state “at tack”, and over that layer-by layer adhesive melts of glue-melt are applied, and as a protective layer – composition of thermo-light-stabilized high pressure polyethylene of grade 153-10 K , or a repair patch is used, as a two-layer thermo-shrinking polyethylene strip with adhesive on base of KRA-09, as thermo-reactive glue primer composition is used by recipe, wt. %:As thermo-plastic adhesive, composition of glue-melt is used by recipe, wt. %:Where as butyl-rubber mix the mix with following component ratio is used, wt. %: |
