PURPOSE: A frying pan and a manufacturing method thereof are provided with a light weight as a thick edge part is formed with turning operations. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a frying pan comprises following steps. Shaped articles with thick edge parts are obtained by drawing an aluminum sheet. The side part of the shaped article is turned so that a side part (12b) thinner than bottom and edge parts (12a, 12c) is formed. |
