PURPOSE: A flexible substrate and an electro-optic display device using the same are provided to prevent external moisture and oxygen from being inputted to a paper substrate by forming a first protection layer on the upper side of the paper substrate and a second protection layer on the lower side of the paper substrate. CONSTITUTION: A first protection layer (200) is formed on one side of a paper substrate (110). A second protection layer (120) is formed on the other side of the paper substrate. The first protection layer includes a cover layer (210), a polymer layer (220), a first inorganic layer (230), a polymer pattern layer (240), and a second inorganic layer (250). The cover layer is directly formed on the upper side of the paper substrate. The polymer pattern layer is composed of a plurality of polymer patterns (240a) which are separately arranged. The first inorganic layer prevents moisture and oxygen from being inputted to the polymer layer. |
