The present invention relates to a tension leg platform apparatus. A tension leg platform apparatus comprises: a structure disposed on the water by being supported by a floating platform; multiple columns which combine and support the floating platform and that are vertically arranged; and a tension leg which supports the columns and that is connected to the sea bed. A tension leg platform includes: a tension cable having both ends thereof connected to the upper parts of the tension legs, which are mutually faced, and a middle part thereof extended to the sea bed; a pulley changing the direction of the tension cable, which is fixed on the sea bed and extended from the upper part of the tension leg to the sea bed, passing through the pulley; a pulley drive unit providing driving power in the normal or reverse direction; and an inclination control unit having a control unit selectively controlling the drive of the pulley drive unit by being input with the tension detection signals of the tension cable.
