The present invention comprises: a screen installed to be inclined at a predetermined angle with bottom surface; lateral frames installed at both sides of the screen to be mutually faced and in which a sprocket is installed to be rotated at the upper part and a guide rail is installed at the lower part; an endless chain wound along a gap between the sprocket and the guide rail of each lateral frame and installed to be rotated in a caterpillar type; rakes connected between the endless chains installed at left/right parts in a horizontal direction, continuously rotated along the screen, and removing adulteration filtered by the screen; and a cutter installed to be separated at constant intervals at the upper outside of the lateral frame and removing the adulteration hung on the rake when each rake is moved to the upper part of the lateral frame and the direction is converted downwardly. The cutter includes a driving shaft installed in a horizontal direction with a length corresponding to a left/right width of the rake and rotated at a predetermined angle by a cutter operational motor, and cutter bars installed at constant intervals along the driving shaft to be perpendicular to the driving shaft and cutting the adulteration hung on the rake by passing each separation space between rake bars formed to be protruding from the rake when the rake is downwardly changed from the upper part of the lateral frame. |
