The invention relates to foundry engineering, namely to a device for installing caps for centrifugal casting. In order to increase reliability and operational safety caps for a mold are made of two parts: heat-insulating and fixing parts. The fixing part of cap is made in the form of a "broken lever"mechanism. The mechanism comprises a disk, in radial openings of which stops are arranged, which penetrate an inner annular groove of a sleeve mounted on the end surface of mold. Furthermore, the stops are kinematically connected by pins with arms rotatably mounted on an end surface of a link of mechanism of periodical action. |
