A method for preventing the capsular breast contracture comprises the blunt dissection fashioning the surgical pocket by separating the greater pectoral muscle from the ribs in breast projection for installing the silicon implant. In sternal-costal part of the greater pectoral muscle inside at the level of ribs IV-V, 3-4 incisions of the muscular fibers are made, in length in parallel to the direction of the fibers at the depth not more than half of the thickness of the greater pectoral muscle.
