A control unit of robotic manipulator servodrives comprises a digital proportional-integral-differential controller, a microcontroller, speed sensors, terminals for connecting analog sensors, and an industrial RS-485 interface. The microcontroller is connected in series to a digital-to-analog converter by a pulse width converter AWD-10-36. The digital output of microcontroller is connected in series with a galvanic isolation, a final amplifier and an electromagnetic stop, an interface converter ADM485 connects a microcontroller network and an industrial computer. |
