An insertion type rainwater processing apparatus by an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: a first storage tank which stores rainwater flowing into the tank through an inlet; a filtering and discharging tank which is connected to the first storage tank for flowing the rainwater from the first storage tank, and discharges the rainwater to the underground; a second storage tank which is connected to the filtering and discharging tank for flowing in the rainwater which is not discharged to the underground, and discharges the rainwater through an outlet; an insertion filtering unit which is installed on the filtering and discharging unit for the rainwater to be inserted and filtered; and a water permeable filtering unit which is located on the upper side of the insertion filtering unit with a constant space for filtering the rainwater flowing into the filtering and discharging tank.
