The invention relates to the composition of biogas plants for the production of biogas and organic fertilizers from liquid manure and dung. Hydrogravitation methane tank contains vertical cylindrical housing 1, divided with inclined planes 2 on the upper 3, lower 4 and several average 5 circles. The upper 3 and each average 5 circles of vertical cylindrical housing 1 are divided with vertical radial septum 6 to separate fermentation chambers 7, connected with each other by pipe sections 8 for the outlet of biogas, and overflow pipes 9 with bypass cocks 10. On the axis of vertical cylindrical housing 1 tube 11 is fixed, in which tubes 12 are mounted for circulation of heat carrier, and pipeline 13 for the supply of biomass through distribution collector 14 to fermentation chambers 7 of upper 3 circle of vertical cylindrical housing 1. In the lower 4 circle of vertical cylindrical housing 1 a pump for circulation of biomass 15 and nozzles for supply 16 and outlet 19 of fermented biomass are fixed. Fermentation chambers 7 of upper 3 circle are connected with each other in upper part, where nozzle 20 for the outlet of biogas is fixed. Hydrogravitation methane tank provides horizontal housing, allows decreasing materials-output ratio of the structure and energy costs to the support of temperature of generating biomass. |
