<p>According to the present invention, a longitudinal end of a tape member can be efficiently connected to a beginning end of a next tape member when a residual amount of the tape member wound on a supply reel is less than a predetermined amount. A supply device of the tape member according to the present invention includes a tape supply device (12) supplying the tape member from a plurality of the supply reels (19) on which the tape member (11) is wound; a first sensor (52) detecting that the residual amount of the tape member on the supply reel is less than the predetermined amount; and a connection device (55) connecting the beginning end of the tape member wound on the changed supply reels and the longitudinal end of the tape member wound on the supply reel which is in use. If the first sensor detects that the residual amount of the tape member wound on at least one supply reel is less than the predetermined amount, a plurality of the supply reels, which is in the use, is changed based on the detection. The longitudinal end of the tape members wound on the used supply reels and the beginning end of the tape members wound on the new supply reels are connected at once by the connection device.
