The present invention relates to a procedure and a method for creating a pleasant working environment through the process of encouraging the activity of team members in a company and enabling the team members to deliver their thoughts and feelings by using smartphones. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a procedure for constructing a system, which increases the productivity of a company and the satisfaction of team members about work by promoting the participation and cooperation of the team members through a series of activities providing or handling an exchange of thoughts and feelings of the team members, and therefore motivating the team members for work and invigorating the team of the members, by using a team operation management system composed of a generation module and an operation module, a team evaluation analysis system composed of an evaluation module and a statistics module, and a smartphone application. Provided is a methodology for the operation and procedure of a smartphone/web system wherein all the team members possess their own application which is operated on the Web and on a smartphone, and a virtual activity through the application is linked with an offline activity and with a team activity as well in real time, thereby capable of invigorating a team in accordance with the activities of the team members, and therefore, creating a pleasant working environment as well as measuring, and also improving work performance. In addition, information processed on the Web or on a smartphone and information processed in a system are stored in an integrated database, and an individual system or application can be functionally divided or integrated.
