The present invention relates to a poison gas sensor and a manufacturing method thereof, more particularly, to a manufacturing method of a poison gas sensor by spin-coating slurry solution on an interdigitated electrode after ionic vinyl monomer compounds and slurry containing nanoalloy catalyst are manufactured. The poison gas sensor according to the present invention has excellent sensing efficiency, obtains reproducibility and storage stability regardless of environmental conditions, such as temperature, humidity, and others, stably solidifies the metal catalyst by applying a carbon nanotube having wide surface area and excellent conductivity, and maximizes an effect for transferring electrons generated by the oxidation-reduction reaction of the poison gas to the sensor using an ionic solid electrolyte. |
