The present invention relates to an impedance converter capable of being used in a surveillance camera system. The impedance converter which is connected to the output part of a DC power supply in order to increase the output impedance for an image signal comprises: an emitter which is connected to the output terminal of the DC power supply; a grounded base transistor to which a bias is applied to always make the transistor on; a condenser which is connected between the output terminal and the base; and a parallel circuit including coils and resistors connected to the collector of the transistor, wherein the base of the transistor is connected to a connection point between a first and a second resistor which are connected between the output terminal and the collector in series.
