A nozzle of an inkjet printer and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The inkjet printer includes a nozzle in which ink is discharged from a nozzle substrate. The nozzle is interlocked with a pressure chamber and includes a first nozzle part in a truncated cone having the first inclination angle relative to the vertical direction of the nozzle substrate and a second nozzle part in a cone shape having the second inclination angle relative to the vertical direction of the nozzle substrate and interlocked with the first nozzle part. The second inclination angle is greater than the first inclination angle.
