The present invention provides a metal specimen polishing apparatus comprising: a main body containing a magnetic substance; a rotating disk which is rotationally arranged on the main body, and which has a polishing pad on the top; a pipe-shaped fixing arm having one end in which a magnet attached to the main body is arranged, and the other end on which a chuck for fixing a metal specimen is arranged; a leveler arranged on the fixing arm; and multiple nozzles arranged on the fixing arm to spray pure water to the polishing pad. According to the present invention, the metal specimen to be polished is in contact with the polishing pad rotating while being fixed on the chuck so as to be polished, uniformly, and the leveler is arranged in one end of the arm for fixing the metal specimen to contact the metal specimen with the polishing pad in a horizontal state. Also, the fixing arm where the metal specimen is fixed is attached to the apparatus main body by the magnet to facilitate the separation of the fixing arm and the movement of the apparatus main body.
