The present invention provides an ultrahigh frequency light emitting lamp given in the practice example of the present invention. The lamp includes at least two penetration holes through which light passes and which are symmetrically formed on the lateral side; a resonator which resonates or progresses the oval-polarized ultrahigh frequency waves and has a cylindrical shape; and a discharge lamp which includes at least two arms placed symmetrically inside the resonator and is made of transparent quartz. The arms are fixed by the penetration holes.
