The device has an elastic flexible pull back sheath (8) at a distal end, where the sheath wraps a laryngeal mask while carrying out a particular conformation of a small cuff maintained at environmental pressure by temporary blocking of one-way valve. The sheath includes a continuous tubular hollow structure folded at an end or introverted in thimble so as to define concentric circular layers e.g. internal layer (9) and external layer (10), sliding with respect to each other. An elastic structure (11) in form of elastic ring is located between the two layers at the end of the sheath.
