The printing press comprises a printing unit that applies ink printing to a substrate supported on a printing drum (18) supported between two walls of the bed (7), and a drying-air circuit with a diffusion screen (1) that diffuses drying air over the recently printed ink, and an apparatus that supplies drying air to said diffusion screen (1) by means of propulsion and suction conduits (31, 51) via an opening (14) formed in one of said walls of the bed (7). The device comprises a connection element (22) for connecting/disconnecting the propulsion and suction conduits (31, 51) to/from respective inlet and outlet openings (9, 11) in said diffusion screen (1). This connection element (22) is accessible from an area inside the printing press located between the two walls of the bed (7).
