The board (1) has a lower assembly (2) comprising a sole (3) bordered by side edges (8, 9). An internal structure (13) rests on the sole and comprises a core (14) extended to front and/or rear by embedded elements (20, 25) located in front/curved rear end of the board. An upper assembly (30) covers the embedded elements of the structure. Each embedded element includes a zone having a set of through-recesses between lower and upper faces. Front end and/or rear end of the side edges are located in the zone below an end of the board perpendicular to hollow zones or recesses of the elements.
