<p>The present invention relates to a transparent conductive film for a touch screen panel and a manufacturing method. Provided is a transparent conductive film for a touch screen panel comprising a substrate and a large number of low refractive layers and high refractive layers that are sequentially and alternately stacked on the substrate, wherein the highest end, which is touching air, is composed of a high refractive layer and the two layers right beneath the highest end, which is the refractive layer, are continuously stacked low refractive layers having different refractive indices (wherein the high refractive layer is a layer having a refractive index of 1.5 or more and the low refractive layer is a layer having a refractive index less than 1.5). According to the present invention, the heat and humidity resistant transparent conductive film has no precipitation of oligomer, has no increase in haze and works fine as a touch panel replacement having the durability of the pencil hardness, moreover the conductive film can secure high transmittance and excellent visibility.
