PURPOSE: A method calculating an individual green traffic point, a method calculating an individual incentive or a penalty based on the individual green traffic point, and a server calculating the individual green traffic point in an individual green traffic point calculation system are provided to calculate the individual green traffic point, thereby activating walking, bicycles and public transport. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(410) receives first movement information obtained from a GPS device in a mobile phone; second movement information obtained from a traffic payment system; and third movement information obtained from a vehicle electronic control system. A control unit(430) calculates individual green traffic points by using the first movement information, the second movement information and the third movement information. A memory(420) stores a second greenhouse gas calculation coefficient and a third greenhouse gas calculation coefficient.
