PURPOSE: A tower filter press apparatus for sludge dehydration is provided to simultaneously exhaust each sludge cake from filtering belts by moving the filtering belts to one side using rollers. CONSTITUTION: A tower filter press for sludge dehydration forms a sludge dehydration set composed of sludge filtering belts(19), sludge chambers(13), pressurizing tubes(14), and water receiving containers(22). The lower parts of the chambers are opened to inject sludge to be dehydrated. The pressurizing tubes are positioned at the inner upper part of the sludge chambers and pressurize the sludge by air or liquid. The water receiving containers receive water generated from the pressurization of the sludge. |
