PURPOSE: A laminated rotor core and a motor including the same are provided to perform a stable operation without damage when the rotor core operates with a high rotation rate for a long time, by improving a structure thereof. CONSTITUTION: A laminated rotor core(30) includes a rotor core plate, a shaft hole(30a), and a plurality of magnet insertion holes(31). The rotor core plate is formed with a thin sheet type disc. The shaft hole penetrates the center of the rotor core plate, and a shaft is pressed into the shaft hole. The plurality of magnet insertion holes are formed near an outer circumference of the rotor core plate through penetration, and a magnet(31a) is combined by being inserted into the magnet insertion hole. The magnet is formed so that the length of a side near to the outer circumference of the rotor core plate is shorter than the length of a plane near to the shaft hole. |
