摘要 The purpose of the present invention provides a substrate for an optical semiconductor device with high light reflection efficiency in which the generation of a flash burr is suppressed, a method for manufacturing the substrate for an optical semiconductor device at low costs, an optical semiconductor device using the substrate, and a method for manufacturing the optical semiconductor device. The substrate for an optical semiconductor device of the present invention mounts the optical semiconductor device and comprises first leads electrically connected to first electrodes of the optical semiconductor device and second leads electrically connected to second electrodes of the optical semiconductor device. The substrate for an optical semiconductor substrate has a molded body of a thermosetting resin composition molded in a penetrating gap between the first leads and the second leads arranged each in parallel and a reflector of the thermosetting resin composition molded around respective regions on which the optical semiconductor device is mounted. The substrate for an optical semiconductor substrate is characterized in that the resin bolded by and the reflector are integrally molded with the first leads and the second leads by injection molding.
