The present invention provides a production method of an earthworm powder feed composition for an eel aquaculture using earthworm powder as mixed feed, a feed additive, and yellow soil water for mixing the feed and the additive, to reduce the costs for aquaculture management for producing eco-friendly aquaculture products and to prevent various diseases from producing healthy eels. In the control group, bacterial diseases have occurred twice and helminthic diseases have occurred once without the earthworm powder and yellow soil water, but the experimental group using the earthworm powder and yellow soil water has no diseases. Pond scum smell of the eel is removed after using the yellow soil water for 5 days to enable eaters to easily eat without the bad smell.
